On February 8, 2018, Del Rey visited the Ryan Seacrest Foundation where some ukelele players taught her to play four chords on the ukelele. She started to write a tropical song that she titled "Starry Eyed". Del Rey promised to finish the song and to dedicate it to the foundation.[1] It is unknown if the song was ever further worked on.
