Michael McGarity, professionally known as Mighty Mike is a multi-Grammy-nominated producer based in Los Angeles. He has produced songs for many of the industry's top artists, including: Carly Rae Jepsen, Clean Bandit, Dua Lipa, FKA Twigs, Miguel, and The Neighbourhood.
His work with Lana Del Rey was most notorious during the Lust For Life era, where he additionally produced "13 Beaches" and "Heroin" as well as played multiple instruments on several songs; mostly percussion-based ones. He also additionally produced and played instruments on the song "The Next Best American Record" from Norman Fucking Rockwell!.
His work with Del Rey on both records received Grammy nominations for two consecutive years; Lust for Life was nominated for "Best Pop Vocal Album" at the 60th Annual Grammy Awards in 2017 and Norman Fucking Rockwell! was nominated for "Album of the Year" in 2019.
