John Davis was a British mastering engineer who began his work in the media industry in the 1970s for BBC, later becoming one of Britain's most prolific mastering engineers - working at Metropolis Studios from 2008 until his death in 2023. Davis won a Grammy Award in 2014 for Best Rock Album for his work remastering Led Zeppelin's 2012 live album, Celebration Day.
