Jhené Aiko Efuru Chilombo, better known as Jhené Aiko, is an American R&B singer-songwriter and rapper. Aiko embarked on her musical career in 2002, as a backing vocalist and music video performer for the R&B group B2K.

On September 27, 2017, Lana Del Rey announced her LA to the Moon Tour, in support of her fifth studio album, Lust for Life. She also revealed that Aiko would be joining her as an opening act on the North American leg of the tour from January 5 to 13, 2018, along with Colombian-American singer Kali Uchis, who toured with Del Rey from January 15 to February 16, 2018.
