Jared Joseph Leto is an American actor and musician, serving as the lead singer of the band 30 Seconds to Mars and portraying the title character in the hit film Morbius. He has worked with Lana Del Rey on a few occasions. Leto and Del Rey were the faces of the 2019 "Forever Guilty" campaign for Gucci Guilty, where they collaborated with Alessandro Michele and Courtney Love.

On December 4, 2017, Del Rey appeared in the commercial for Gucci's Gucci Guilty fragrance alongside Leto and Courtney Love. The campaign was photographed by Glen Luchford and creatively directed by Alessandro Michele.
Their first major joint public appearance followed on May 7, 2018, at the Met Gala in New York City. The event, themed "Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination", featured both artists dressed by Gucci under Michele’s direction, drawing widespread attention for their coordinated and theatrical looks.
On November 2, 2018, they attended the launch of Gucci's Forever Guilty fragrance at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles. On January 26, 2022, they attended the Artists Inspired by Music: Interscope Reimagined exhibition at LACMA, celebrating Interscope Records' 30th anniversary with visual reinterpretations of iconic albums, reflecting their ongoing involvement in creative collaborations.
