Jaime King is an American actress and model who starred in the music video for "Summertime Sadness".
Career[]
King made her acting debut in the Daniel Waters' comedy Happy Campers (2001).[1] She's now known for her work in Pearl Harbor, Sin City, White Chicks, and more.[2] She has modeled for brands such as Christian Dior and Chanel.
Personal life[]
King was born in Omaha, Nebraska. A middle child, she has an older sister, Sandi, and a younger brother, Barry. Her mother is Nancy King and her father is Robert King.
King married film director Kyle Newman in 2007, two years after they met in the set for Newman's film Fanboys. They have two children together. In 2020, Newman and King separated.[3]
Work with Lana Del Rey[]
In 2012, King starred alongside Lana Del Rey in the music video for her song "Summertime Sadness". In the video, she plays the singer's lover.
To this day, King remains a friend of Del Rey.[citation needed]
