"BBM Baby" is an unreleased song by Lana Del Rey. A snippet of the song leaked on May 10th, 2016. A second snippet of song leaked on July 4th, 2016. The song leaked in full-length on August 15th, 2016.

Background

The title was confirmed by co-writer and producer Penguin Prison in an interview in 2011. Penguin Prison had also worked on a remix of the song "Blue Jeans". The producer confirmed the song is about Del Rey's BlackBerry Messenger.
