Is Cult Leader a Tropico outtake or Ultraviolence Outtake?

straight to my playlist as soon as i got out of school!

Anyone else remember this? I remember seeing a video of someone driving past her filming an MV but I can't find it. The still is from that video though. Everyone just kind of forgot about it and I just remembered it when I saw this pic. Anyone know what it was for? I've heard it was maybe the California video but that doesn't seem right.
