It's real, but the rule of the site is that we generally wait for confirmation of a title before creating its page here. In the meantime, it is referred to as an unknown song in the List of Leaks page

I do want to clarify that our site policy isn't to not create song pages until we get a title. We can allow pages to be created for unleaked, unregistered and unreleased songs if a snippet leaks. The page title will be the most agreed upon name used by the community. This is the case, for example, for "Cry Kill Die" (or "I Don't Wish You Well", as it was called by the community before an insider revealed the name).

I think it would be useful to reference the Lanaboards thread where the leak was first announced. Do we think this would be a useful rule to add to stop spurious pages being made?
